Refund Policy.



  • THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
  • NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON MYMOJOVAPE E-LIQUIDS.
  • WARRANTY ON ATOMIZERS GOES AS FOLLOWS: INSPECTION AND/OR NOTIFICATION OF TANK DEFECTIVENESS, MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF CUSTOMERS RECEIVING THEIR ORDER FROM MYMOJOVAPE.
  • EXCHANGE PARTS WILL NOT BE SENT OUT UNTIL THE ORIGNAL PART IS RETURNED TO US (REFERENCE BELOW FOR ADDRESS) AND EVALUATED. SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE FOR PARTS RETURNED TO MYMOJOVAPE.
  • THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR BATTERIES/MODS IS 15 DAYS FOR REPLACEMENT. IF YOUR PRODUCT FAILS AFTER 15 DAYS AND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT. WE WON'T REPLACE THE BATTERY/MODS BUT WILL PROVIDE A PRO-RATED STORE CREDIT TO CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT ONCE PRODUCT IS DETERMINED TO BE DECECTIVE BY MYMOJOVAPE.
  • PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON RECIPT. WE CAN’T EXPRESS IT ENOUGH! THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST IT OR NOT.


We cannot exchange / refund any goods returned that are deemed NOT faulty, after we have had them checked. You will be asked to pay the postage to have it sent back . We will only dispatch the replacement product(s) once we are in receipt of the faulty goods and have had time to get them checked. You must return the faulty goods well packaged as we are not liable for damage caused in transit. We are not liable for any goods that are being returned that get lost in transit. We advise every customer to return defective goods via a recorded/tractable mail service.
