RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We cannot exchange / refund any goods returned that are
NOT faulty, after we have had them checked. You will be asked
to pay the postage to have it sent back
. We will only dispatch the replacement product(s) once we
are in receipt of the faulty goods and have had time to get them checked. You
must return the faulty goods well packaged as we are not liable for damage
caused in transit. We are not liable for any goods that are being returned that
get lost in transit. We advise every customer to return defective goods via a
recorded/tractable mail service.
